SURPRISE MENU
At the ‘Gate’ of Anna Paulowna, the entrance to the beautiful polder landscape, you will find the restaurant WIJS. Chef Duncan and hostess Marjo are happy to take you on a culinary journey.
The local cuisine takes trips to magical places, and the wines mainly come from the ‘old world.’ Together, Duncan and Marjo create special, honest, and surprising wine and food combinations. Would you like to join the adventure?
You can choose between a 4-course, 5-course, or 6-course surprise menu or the complete WIJS experience: an evening-filling culinary program with a reception including sparkling wine, a 7-course surprise menu + wine pairing, and a conclusion with coffee/tea and friandises.
